Sapporo International University does not have a student dormitory, but offers “rented” apartments for international students.
The rented apartment is a single room, and the monthly rent is around 30,000 Japanese yen.

The Global Commons opened in September 2021. With free-use spaces, counter tables with electrical outlets, and meeting rooms, it is a bustling new collaborative learning space for students. Seasonal exchange events (Halloween, Christmas, Lunar New Year) are also held here.
